Producing heavily wrinkled, peach-coloured pods with an intimidating appearance, Fujiwhara regularly exceeds 1,000,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU), placing it firmly amongst the world’s elite super-hot chillies. Despite its extreme heat, the pods offer a surprisingly complex flavour with rich fruity notes and a subtle smoky finish, making them highly prized by chilli enthusiasts.
