Cosmic Eclipse Tomato Seeds – 10 Seeds

🌌 A Tomato That Looks Like It Came from Another Galaxy! 🍅

Some tomatoes are red. Some are green. Others develop unusual purple or black colouring.

Cosmic Eclipse brings all these colours together in one extraordinary fruit!

Developed by renowned American tomato breeder Brad Gates of Wild Boar Farms, Cosmic Eclipse is a spectacular multicoloured variety producing beautiful tomatoes with striking green stripes, deep red colouring and dramatic indigo-black pigmentation.

With its remarkable appearance, delicious flavour and excellent keeping qualities, this is a wonderful variety for adventurous gardeners and collectors of unusual tomatoes.

🎨 An Extraordinary Display of Colour

The appearance of Cosmic Eclipse is its most remarkable feature.

Young fruits begin green with darker green stripes, gradually developing beautiful indigo-purple pigmentation on areas exposed to sunlight.

As the tomatoes mature, the underlying skin ripens to a rich brick-red colour while retaining distinctive green striping.

The dark anthocyanin pigmentation creates dramatic purple-black areas, giving each tomato an almost otherworldly appearance.

The finished fruits can display an extraordinary combination of:

💚 Green stripes

❤️ Brick-red skin

💜 Deep purple colouring

🖤 Almost-black anthocyanin pigmentation

Individual fruits may display different patterns, making every harvest visually interesting.

🍅 Beautiful Salad-Sized Tomatoes

Cosmic Eclipse produces small to medium-sized fruits, typically weighing approximately 60–85 g.

The tomatoes are generally rounded to slightly oval, making them an excellent size for fresh eating.

Their stunning multicoloured appearance makes them particularly attractive when sliced into salads or presented alongside other unusual tomato varieties.

🍯 Sweet, Rich and Juicy Flavour

Cosmic Eclipse offers more than just beautiful colours!

According to its breeder, the fruits have a deliciously sweet, rich and juicy flavour.

Their combination of attractive appearance and satisfying tomato taste makes them ideal for enjoying fresh.

🌿 Productive Plants with Excellent Keeping Qualities

Cosmic Eclipse develops vigorous, indeterminate plants that continue growing and producing fruit throughout the season.

Under suitable conditions, plants can provide very good yields of beautifully coloured tomatoes.

An especially useful characteristic is the variety’s impressive keeping quality.

The breeder reports that ripe fruits can remain on the vine in good condition longer than many other varieties.

Harvested tomatoes also have good storage potential, retaining their eating quality for an extended period.

This makes Cosmic Eclipse particularly interesting for growers who appreciate productive varieties with a flexible harvesting window.
