A habanero type pepper the Billy Goat or also called Haitian Goat Pepper comes from the Caribbean. Produces a large number of quite large pods that start green and go through orange to finally ripen to red. Shape is quite interesting and unique.
In the flavour department they are a little zesty with a smoky aroma and on the heat scale they come in at around 100,000 – 400,000 Scoville’s.
