St Lucia Yellow Seasoning Chilli Seed – 10 Fresh Seeds
A mild habanero type pepper with a nice tropical and floral flavour, very aromatic with a citrus note to it. Pods are quite large at around 2 – 2.5 inches long and 1 inch wide.
This pepper comes from St Lucia in the Caribbean and is used as a seasoning pepper either as fresh pods chopped or by drying the pods and making a chilli powder or flake. It can be then used like salt and pepper on dishes.
