Bhut Jolokia Red Chilli Seeds – 10 Seeds
Recognized as one of the original super-hot peppers, the Bhut Jolokia, also known as the Ghost pepper, held the title of the World’s Hottest Chilli from 2007 to 2011, boasting a Scoville rating exceeding 1,000,000 SHU. Although it surrendered its prestigious rank to the Trinidad Scorpion Butch T, which measured as high as 1,463,700 SHU, the Bhut Jolokia remains an extraordinary chili variety. Originating from the Assam region of India, it is also referred to as “bih zôlôkia,” meaning poison chili. Notably, this pepper plant is highly prolific, easily reaching heights of over 2 meters when cultivated in fertile ground.
