🍆 Petch Siam Thai Aubergine Seeds – 15 Seeds 🇹🇭

Grow something a little different with Petch Siam, an attractive Thai aubergine producing rounded fruits with striking purple and creamy-white striped skin.

The compact fruits have tender flesh and are particularly well suited to Thai curries, stir-fries and Asian-inspired cooking. Plants are productive in warm conditions and can be grown successfully in a greenhouse, polytunnel or a warm, sheltered outdoor position during a good UK summer.

The unusual colouring makes Petch Siam particularly attractive on the plant as well as in the kitchen.

Pot seedlings on as they develop and grow them somewhere bright and warm. Plant into large pots, greenhouse borders or a sheltered outdoor position once temperatures are reliably warm.

Water regularly and feed once flowering and fruiting begins. Harvest the fruits while the skins are firm, glossy and brightly coloured for the best texture and flavour. Regular harvesting encourages further fruit production.
