Guajillo Chilli Seeds – 10 Fresh Seeds
The Guajillo pepper plant, a staple in Mexican cuisine, is known for its long, slender, and slightly curved peppers, which turn from green to a rich, deep red when ripe. These peppers are moderately spicy with a smoky, tangy, and slightly sweet flavour. The plant itself is medium-sized with a bushy growth habit, featuring dark green leaves and small white flowers. Guajillo peppers are often dried and used in sauces, salsas, and marinades, contributing a complex flavour to various dishes. Dried they are called Mirasol chili.
