The Carolina Reaper White is slightly milder heat than the original Reaper, but still extremely hot. Following a vibrant green maturation phase, the peppers adopt an ivory hue. They possess a slightly elongated form and quite often show the classic reaper stinger tail. The exterior is bumpy yet distinctly uneven, spanning approximately 5 by 4 centimeters in dimensions.
