The Mini Olive Rocoto (Capsicum pubescens) is a rare and fascinating variety producing small, olive-shaped pods that ripen from green through yellow-orange to deep red. True to the Rocoto family, these chillies feature thick, juicy walls, striking black seeds, and a crisp, fruity flavour with a respectable heat kick of 50,000–100,000 SHU.
